Clare was previously the Director of Corporate for the Melbourne office of Edelman and started her communications career with the Victorian Government. She has also worked in the UK with Shell and the UK Government.
Scott Thompson
Scott ThompsonChief Strategy Officer
Scott is a strategic communicator, adviser and campaign director with almost 20 years’ experience. Previously a director at the Business Council of Australia, he led the member engagement and strategy function, working closely with CEOs of ASX 200 companies. Scott’s background is in journalism and has also held leadership roles at a large public affairs agency.
Michele Fonseca
Michele FonsecaHead of Training & Capability
With more than two decades’ experience, Michele is an accomplished media and presentation trainer, interviewer, presenter, coach, facilitator and change management specialist. Beyond her career at the ABC as a journalist and senior leader, Michele has also worked as a communications consultant and media trainer for Victorian government agencies and emergency services. Michele has excellent oral and written communication skills and is passionate about helping others to find their true voice and meet their potential.
Peter Trevaskis
Peter TrevaskisHead of Operations
Peter has 15 years’ experience in communications, marketing, events and commercial strategy. Peter has worked in senior management roles in media, agencies, professional sport and NSOs. Peter also headed up commercial, marketing and major events for Gymnastics Australia, following a long tenure managing communications, marketing, brand strategy and partnerships for Ford Australia’s motorsport team.
Bruce Tobin
Bruce TobinPrincipal Consultant – Risk & Crisis
Bruce is a corporate affairs and reputation management executive and has spent more than 30 years in communications and media. He has global executive and general management experience and has worked in senior roles at the University of Melbourne, Law Institute of Victoria, Rio Tinto, Tabcorp, Victoria Police and British Airways. He enjoyed his time as a journalist with The Age and The Sun News Pictorial in Melbourne.
Kristi High
Kristi HighPrincipal Consultant – Organisational Communications & Engagement
Kristi has more than 20 years of experience across communications, media, engagement, and government relations. She has held senior roles at multiple strategic communications firms, leading organisational and campaign-based projects for clients involved in sport, infrastructure, aviation, transport, economic development, and social issues. She has also held senior leadership roles at the Hawthorn Football Club and most recently was Executive Manager Corporate Affairs at the City of Whittlesea.
Nathan Motton
Nathan MottonPrincipal Consultant – Media & Public Affairs
Nathan is a highly driven communications and policy professional with over 15 years’ experience working as a journalist, Media Manager and Senior Policy Advisor for the Victorian Government. Prior to this Nathan worked as a Media Manager in the Victorian Premier’s office, developing, implementing and leading communication plans for 4 Ministers responsible for justice and community safety.

Jim’s career has spanned the private, public and not for profit sectors, including leading communications and government relations teams in major government infrastructure projects, airports, aerospace, airlines and transport, resources, telecommunications and higher education.

Jeremy has more than fifteen years’ experience in communications and media relations, crisis management and marketing. Prior to joining Bastion Reputation, Jeremy was the Head of Communications at the Essendon Football Club and the Communications Manager for the Australian Men’s Cricket Team. His expertise is helping organisations connect with their audiences through authentic storytelling.

She possesses strong client services and project management skills and has worked with a variety of Ministers and Government departments to lead behaviour change and awareness campaigns. Her specialism includes community engagement, large scale corporate campaigns, strategic workshop facilitation, digital media and integrated marketing strategies.
Kaitlyn Blanchard

Kaitlyn has over two years of experience in corporate communications. Kaitlyn has worked in the Communications and Engagement team at leading Australian homebuilder, Metricon Homes and also completed a 12-month, professional placement in the Communications and Media team at Swinburne University of Technology as part of her studies in 2019.
Bodil Droga
Bodil DrogaClient Executive
Bodil has more than four years’ experience working in the communications industry as a strategic communications professional. Her specialism includes crisis and risk, corporate campaigns, and digital insights and transformation. Bodil has expertise in digital strategy, campaigns and reputation. Fields have included resources, education, government, technology, and sport. Bodil holds a MSc in Media Management from The New School (USA) and a Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications) from the University of Melbourne (AUS).
