Bastion Reputation Management was engaged by the City of Whittlesea executive team to develop and implement a communications strategy for the organisation as it navigated a period of intense change, significant challenges, and transformation.
We worked closely with key leaders and teams throughout the organisation to articulate a strong and unifying narrative that would keep internal and external stakeholders connected to a shared purpose and strategic vision through compelling storytelling.
A key part of this work was executing a tailored training program with the communications team to provide them with the tools they needed to be great communicators. The focus of this internal capability program was improving strategic acumen, role clarity and efficiency and creating an overarching communications strategy for them to implement.
Our work has enabled the City of Whittlesea to use communications to build connections and create stability internally and externally as it works to realise its own potential as a leader in local government, ensuring it continues to evolve and succeed through the power of strategic communications.
